What we do

We help “expert” businesses, like agencies, coaches, and consultants grow beyond founder-led sales with fractional sales help and sales process consulting.

How it works

Just send us an email address, access to your team’s Slack, and access to your CRM.

We’d love recordings from 3-5 sales calls, preferably a mix of wins, losses, and prospects currently in your pipeline. 

Then we’ll ride-along with you on a couple of sales calls in the background, run a couple of calls with you as a backup, and start taking calls solo as soon as you’re comfortable with it. Most clients start us off on cold or lower priority leads so they can review our work and offer suggestions before we talk to personal connections and referrals.

In addition to giving you back your time and creating bandwidth to field more leads, we’ll produce a number of resources, including a sales playbook with a call framework, ICP, and map of the current sales process for us to review together.  

We’ll map out the sales process to standardize it and make it easier to optimize and stick to timelines

For all external appearances, we’ll act as a member of the company to new prospects and clients. Think of it like having an experienced account executive down the hall that you only pay when you need them.
