Here’s what you get:
- Sales Process Audit – We’ll review your current setup from top to bottom, identifying where opportunities are being missed and where efficiency can be improved.
- Offer Generation Process – Together we’ll rework your main offer, see if it needs to be repositioned, and brainstorm at least three additional offers to make sure you have the right package for every prospect
- Call Recordings Review – We’ll dive into your recent sales conversations to diagnose what’s going right, what can be improved, and where you’re losing prospects. (If you don’t have recordings, we can set this up or do ride-alongs with you.)
- Sales Process Map – Together, we’ll map out your sales process and find the key places to streamline and tighten things up.
- Sales Script Overhaul – We’ll rebuild your script to dig deeper into your prospects’ problems, highlight the consequences of inaction, and uncover the pain points that push them to act.
- Weekly Coaching Call – You and your team will get ongoing, hands-on guidance to implement the new strategy and adjust as needed.
This refresh is all about making your sales process sharper, more efficient, and better suited to close deals—without the need for a big sales hire just yet.
The entire process should take 45-60 days with your cooperation. Final deliverables will be a revised sales script, sales process map, configuring our recommended sales software stack, and a final training session to make sure your team is on the same page.
